Almost no one showed up for Vanderbilt’s game vs. East Tennessee State

It has been a rough year for Vanderbilt (win over Mizzou aside), and Commodore fans aren’t exactly showing up in force.

Still, even with the team’s attendance problems this season, Saturday’s attendance for a game against East Tennessee State was absolutely horrendous.

This picture of the stadium during the national anthem is utterly embarrassing:

No, it isn’t the most exciting game out there, but that’s barely enough fans to outnumber the people on the field and in the band.

If Vanderbilt wins the game and no one is there to see it, does it even count as a win? We’ll find out soon.
