Former Vanderbilt WR Trent Sherfield is part of a highlight play that has NFL Twitter buzzing.
First-round pick Trey Lance is making his NFL preseason debut in the San Francisco-Kansas City NFL preseason game.
Lance’s first pass was incomplete, but on his second throw, he found Sherfield wide-open. Sherfield caught it around the Chiefs’ 40-yard-line, behind the Kansas City coverage and he made it an 80-yard house call.
