After the Texas Bowl loss to Baylor this week, many Vanderbilt fans are waiting to see if junior RB Ke’Shawn Vaughn declares for the 2019 NFL Draft.

However, one of his teammates reached a decision first, declaring early for April’s draft.

As you can see in the tweet below, DB JoeJuan Williams announced on Saturday morning that he’d be forgoing his senior season and turning pro:

Williams probably isn’t going to be a first-round pick, and may not be a second- or third-round pick, either.

However, he has plenty of talent, recording 61 tackles, four interceptions and 13 passes defended in 2018. He’ll need to have a strong showing at the NFL Combine to improve his draft stock, though.
