Kumar Rocker showed why many view him as the best pitcher, if not overall player, in the country on Friday as the Vanderbilt ace did his part to lead the Commodores to victory in the first Super Regional matchup against ECU.

Rocker left the game after 7.2 innings pitched after retiring the first nine batters he faced, striking out 11, allowing three hits and three walks on 117 pitches.

Following his dominant performance, many were eager to celebrate Rocker’s incredible display in the Super Regional.
