Xavier took down Vanderbilt 75-73 in the NIT quarterfinals on Wednesday night in Cincinnati, ending the Commodores’ season.

Now, the Musketeers march on to the semifinals of the NIT. Meanwhile, Texas A&M is the only SEC team remaining in the NIT field.

The Commodores finish the season with a record of 19-17. Now, coach Jerry Stackhouse faces an important offseason as he puts together his roster for the 2022-23 season.
