Alabama and Duke will open 2019 season in Chick-fil-A Kickoff

According to a report by the AJC, the 2019 Chick-fil-A Kickoff will feature Alabama and Duke.

“We are thrilled to have Alabama back for another Chick-fil-A Kickoff game and can’t wait to welcome Duke back to Atlanta,” Peach Bowl Inc. president and CEO Gary Stokan said.

The game will be played in Atlanta’s new Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and Duke will be making its first appearance in Atlanta for the kickoff. Alabama, however, seems to be making the city its second home.

Stokan recalled the great game between Texas A&M and Duke in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, as the Aggies defeated the Blue Devils 52-48.
