Just after midnight, LSU TE Dillon Gordon was stabbed three times in the chest, abdomen and leg during a brawl at Reggie’s Bar in Baton Rouge.

Baton Rouge police spokesman Lt. Don Kelly said the police department is “working to try to figure out who did it. The person who did it left the scene.”

Gordon is currently in stable condition after being transported to the Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in the wee hours of the morning.

The wounds 22-year-old Gordon sustained are described at non-life threatening.

Gordon was a valuable member of the Tigers team, but after starting every game of the 2013 and 2014 season, as well as the first six games of the 2015 season, he suffered a season-ending injury to his achilles.
