Missouri standout defensive end Charles Harris will forgo his senior season and enter the 2017 NFL Draft.

The school posted this video thanking Harris for his contributions to the football program:

In 12 games this season, Harris recorded 61 tackles (12.0 for loss) with nine sacks and two forced fumbles. He finishes his college career with 34.5 tackles for loss and 18 sacks in three years.

Judging by Barry Odom’s reaction following Missouri’s home win over Arkansas in the season finale, Missouri knew Harris was headed to the NFL following the end of the season:

Harris ranks as the No. 27 overall prospect and the No. 5 draft-eligible player at his position, according to CBS Sports, which projects him as a late first-round or early second-round pick.
