For college football enthusiasts, it doesn’t get much better than watching a game at Death Valley at night.

The atmosphere of LSU’s home stadium after dark is electric, giving the Tigers a major home-field advantage.

The Ole Miss Rebels have the unenviable task of trying to escape Baton Rouge with a victory on Saturday night.

However, after losing in Death Valley two years ago, the Rebels are excited for the opportunity to play under the lights in Baton Rouge again, according to The Oxford Eagle:

“To be honest, LSU is the craziest night game that I’ve ever played in in my life because it’s like once you start off, you’re up and then after halftime you come out there, it’s like it’s a whole different LSU team that you’ve never seen before,” defensive end Marquis Haynes said.

Tiger Stadium is sure to be rocking on Saturday night. The two teams kick off at 8 p.m. Central time and the game can be seen on ESPN.
