TMZ Sports is reporting that former Ole Miss DE Greg Hardy was arrested for possession of cocaine early Monday morning in Richmond, Texas after being pulled for a traffic stop. The site is reporting he posted $5,000 in bail.

The former Rebel played for the Dallas Cowboys last season. The Cowboys faced heavy criticism for signing Harvey after a widely reported case of domestic violence, which resulted in 18 months probation and a 10-game suspension from the NFL.

Hardy was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in 2010 after playing for Ole Miss from 2007-09.
