LaNorris Sellers injury update: South Carolina releases depth chart for Ole Miss game
South Carolina has issued an updated depth chart ahead of its game against Ole Miss this weekend.
It’s a depth chart of great importance, because it sheds light on who might be available at quarterback this weekend for the Gamecocks. After missing time with an injury, LaNorris Sellers is back atop South Carolina’s depth chart this week.
Per ESPN’s Pete Thamel, Sellers is expected to be back after recovering from an ankle injury:
South Carolina's LaNorris Sellers is back for the Gamecocks this week after missing the Akron game with a sprained ankle. He's listed atop the depth chart as the Gamecocks host Ole Miss.

Sellers initially suffered the injury late in the first half of South Carolina’s heartbreaking loss to LSU earlier this month. Robby Ashford started in his place against Akron in Week 4. The Gamecocks were idle this past Saturday.
South Carolina is now preparing to face another top-25 opponent in Ole Miss this coming weekend. Having Sellers healthy for that game will be a huge boost for a South Carolina team that has played well to start SEC play.
South Carolina is a 9-point underdog this weekend against the Rebels, per the latest lines from FanDuel.
Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday afternoon.

If Sellers and Sanders are really healthy during this game, I like our chances. If they are gimpy, Ashford and Adaway are going to have to play the game of their lives.
