South Carolina running back hilariously brought down by his own QB against Old Dominion
South Carolina quarterback LaNorris Sellers made an unfortunate tackle on Saturday against Old Dominion.
South Carolina running back Juju McDowell looked like he was about to make a big run, but he was clipped from behind by Sellers just as he was turning up field.
Here’s video of the play:

McDowell looked like he might have been able to get another 15-20 yards on the play, but just had his ankle stepped up on Sellers which made him fall down.
It’s been a tough game overall for South Carolina, who was favored by 20.5 points over the Monarchs at closing. Despite being favored by nearly 3 touchdowns, South Carolina and ODU were tied entering the 4th quarter.
The schedule gets much tougher quickly for the Gamecocks, as South Carolina plays SEC foes Kentucky and LSU in the next two weeks.
