Former Texas A&M WR Mike Evans has lived through some unspeakable events in his young life.

On Tuesday at 10 p.m., ESPN will air an hour-long E:60 documentary in hopes of providing a glimpse inside the life of the 2014 NFL first-round draft pick.

According to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with whom Evans has spent his first two NFL seasons, this production is the culmination of a year’s worth of filming:

Over the last year, ESPN cameras followed Mike Evans back to his high school in Galveston, Texas, visited his home in Tampa, and came to One Buccaneer Place to film his story. The E:60 feature focuses on the adversity that Evans has had to overcome throughout his life to make it where he is today.

Evans has 2,257 yards receiving and 15 touchdown receptions through 30 NFL games, and is just the eighth WR to start his professional career with back-to-back 1,000 yard seasons.

The 6-foot-5, 231-pounder spent the majority of his time in College Station as the No. 1 target for Heisman Trophy winning QB Johnny Manziel in Kevin Sumlin’s offense. He now catches passes from another former Heisman winner– former Florida State QB Jameis Winston.
