After carving up the Florida defense for 402 yards through 2.5 quarters Saturday, Alabama quarterback Blake Sims left the game at the 2:38 mark of the third quarter with a shoulder injury.

Sims’ 402 yards passing is the highest total ever for a passer under Nick Saban and is 82 yards shy of Scott Hunter’s single-game Alabama record set in 1969.
