Alabama linebacker Will Anderson is a fierce competitor on the field. The 3-time SEC Defensive Player of the Week is well on his way to potentially becoming the SEC Defensive Player of the Year.

So when ESPN college football sideline reporter Holly Rowe asked the linebacker what his “fearless” tattoos meant, you know it had to do with his play on the field.

“It just represents me. I’m fearless, I’m humble, and I play to the best of my ability.”

Rowe also asked Anderson about his thoughts about hitting quarterbacks to which he said:

“Hitting the quarterback brings me great joy,” he said with a grin.

A happy thought for Alabama fans, but a frightening thought for future quarterbacks that he faces.

Alabama plays LSU Saturday night at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.
