Thursday wasn’t only Halloween. It was also a notable birthday in the SEC.

Alabama head coach Nick Saban turned 68, so of course, the Crimson Tide had to have a celebration for their successful longtime leader.

The team shared a video of Saban’s birthday party, which was golf-themed, at Alabama’s practice, and it also featured the players singing “Happy Birthday” to the coach:

Saban may be 68, but he’s shown no signs of slowing down or signs that his retirement from coaching could be near. He is in his 13th season leading Alabama, and he continues to be successful in both recruiting and coaching.

Under Saban, the Crimson Tide are 149-21, which includes a perfect 8-0 so far this season. They’ve won five national championships and are one of the top teams in the country again this year.

While Saban can enjoy his birthday this week during a bye, Alabama has a tough matchup when it returns to action on Nov. 9. The No. 2 Crimson Tide will host No. 1 LSU at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS in one of the biggest games in college football this season.
