It looks like Ole Miss had to endure more than just a blowout Saturday night in Tuscaloosa.

According to one fan in attendance, Bryant-Denny Stadium played the song “Money For Nothing” during the 66-3 Crimson Tide victory.

It is a pretty clear jab at the various scandals that have rocked Ole Miss this year. One of the scandals includes the allegations that Ole Miss paid high school players during their recruitment.

That pay scandal, along with the departure of head coach Hugh Freeze amidst ugly circumstances, has set the Rebels up between a rock and a hard place for this season. Ole Miss started the season strong but is now trying to keep its head above water in SEC play.

A fan in attendance shared news of the event on Twitter:

Ole Miss is definitely going through a rough stretch. Saturday was tough due to the blowout on the field, but the apparent troll job by the Crimson Tide will only add more salt to the wound.

As SBNation points out, it’s not the first time this has happened. “Take the Money and Run” was played, along with “Son of a Preacher Man,” when Cam Newton played at Bryant-Denny Stadium in 2010.
