TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — The University of Alabama had a semifinalist named for the Butkus Award for linebacker of the year and it wasn’t senior Trey DePriest.

Junior Reggie Ragland, who leads the Crimson Tide with 56 tackles, was one of five players from the Southeastern Conference named Monday morning.
