We all grieve in different ways.

The cancelation of the 2020 SEC Tournament due to the coronavirus outbreak was a tough blow for many to take on one of the craziest days in recent American history.

Alabama was set to face Tennessee in the opening game of Thursday’s action just before the league announced the entire event was canceled.

That led teams to be sent home and Kentucky to be declared the SEC’s automatic bid for the 2020 NCAA Tournament. Hours later, the NCAA announced that tournament was canceled, too.

Reactions to the news were varied but Alabama forward Alex Reese found an interesting way to respond as he was arrested in Tuscaloosa for public intoxication early Friday morning. His bond was set at $300.

The junior averaged 23 minutes played per game for the Crimson Tide and scored an average of 8.8 points with 4.8 rebounds, 1.1 assists and a block per game.

Grief takes many forms, just be careful how you handle yours without any sports to enjoy in the coming days and weeks.
