College football fans declare leader in Heisman Trophy race during Week 12

First, Ohio State QB CJ Stroud threw for 432 yards, 6 touchdowns and 0 interceptions in a 56-7 win over No. 7 Michigan State.
Then, it was Alabama QB Bryce Young’s turn. All he did? Set Alabama’s single-game passing yards record, throw for 561 yards, 5 touchdowns and 0 interceptions.
Fans were quick to declare Young the Heisman favorite after Saturday’s big game. Here’s some of what was said on Twitter during Young’s huge game:
Not going to lie, I haven't been on the Bryce Young Heisman train but tonight has changed my mind. He's pretty good. https://t.co/2sS01X8xgo

561 yards and possibly just secured a heisman. Saw Bama fans wanting to blame Bryce Young for their close games and loss. pic.twitter.com/Ce6BdwrtsV

Bryce Young 561 yds, 5 TDs. Hello Heisman?
— David Todd (@DavidMTodd) November 20, 2021
Bryce Young just outdid CJ Stroud against a much better secondary, while having worse receivers, and having a rushing TD called back for a phantom holding lmao. Bryce is the heisman and it isn’t close.

Young still has the Iron Bowl and the SEC Championship Game to go before the Heisman Trophy ceremony. Can he continue to stay slightly ahead of Stroud in the race for the prestigious award?
