Alabama is a massive favorite heading into Saturday night’s matchup against LSU but the Tigers may now be at a slight advantage when it comes to the health of each coaching staff heading into the game.

According to Matt Zenitz of AL.com, Nick Saban’s coaching staff will be limited Saturday night due to an undisclosed reason.

Zenitz did not provide a number when it comes to how many assistants will be out but he does note offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian and defensive coordinator Pete Golding are both available for the LSU game.

Nick Saban is scheduled to return to the sidelines for the Crimson Tide after missing the Iron Bowl after testing positive for COVID.

Cole Cubelic of the SEC Network is reporting that Alabama assistants Charlie Strong and Mike Stoops will be “activated” for the LSU game.
