Houston Texans players reveal awesome tribute in support of John Metchie III’s battle against leukemia

John Metchie III was sadly diagnosed with leukemia in July. The Texas rookie has not been able to suit up for the team this season during his fight with the cancer.
Metchie’s Texans teammates revealed an awesome tribute in support of his battle against leukemia Tuesday morning. The wide receiver room will wear special cleats with his likeness and number this upcoming week against the Browns.

Metchie was a talented receiver at Alabama and was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Texans.
We wish him nothing but the best as he moves forward with this diagnosis.
