Jalen Hurts had a rare dismal first half in the turnover department, but in pure Hurts form, he used a rushing touchdown to give the Philadelphia Eagles a lead over the Chicago Bears, and secure an Eagles record.

Hurts threw 2 interceptions over 325 attempts from Weeks 3-14 combined. On Sunday, he threw 2 on his first 12 attempts of the game, according to ESPN Stats and Info.

However, Hurts rebounded, and ran in a 22-yard touchdown with 43 seconds remaining to give the Eagles a 10-6 halftime lead. That was his 11th rushing touchdown on the season, an Eagles record for a QB. At halftime, he had 40 rushing yards on 7 carries, and was 8-for-16 passing for 139 yards and the 2 interceptions.

Hurts earlier this season set a franchise record for most rushing yards by an Eagles quarterback in a single game, when he racked up 157 yards on the ground in a 40-33 win over the Green Bay Packers.
