Jalen Milroe is having an excellent game so far against LSU on Saturday night in Death Valley.
Alabama already had a multi-score lead when Milroe found the end zone for the second time of the first half with less than 3 minutes to go before the break. Milroe’s next score gave the Tide a 21-6 lead at the half.
Here’s a replay of Milroe’s impressive TD run:

That’s Milroe’s 14th rushing score of the season, which represents a career-high. Milroe scored 12 rushing touchdowns through the entirety of the 2023 campaign.
As a passer, Milroe completed 10-of-15 throws for 97 yards in the first half.
Milroe’s rushing ability was a big storyline throughout the week, especially with how much LSU has struggled to defend running quarterbacks at times this season. Those issues have popped up again on Saturday night, as Milroe has already rushed for 98 yards and 2 touchdowns on just 8 carries.
Both Alabama and LSU are desperate for a win on Saturday night. Each of these old SEC West foes came into tonight with 2 losses already this season, and a third would likely be too much to overcome if they hope to earn a spot in the College Football Playoff.
