Las Vegas Raiders WR Henry Ruggs was involved in a serious car crash in the central Las Vegas Valley overnight, and is expected to be OK. The condition of the other people involved in the crash is still unclear, TMZ reported.

Police Lt. Justin Byers said in a text to the Las Vegas Review Journal that the crash happened at 3:39 a.m. Detectives that investigate fatal crashes were on scene. The crash closed the streets in the area “due to debris and vehicles in the road,” police said in a text. Las Vegas police told the Review Journal that the incident involved 2 vehicles.

Ruggs, 22, was the 12th overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft out of Alabama. He has 24 catches for 469 yards and 2 touchdowns this season, as he’s started 7 games for the Raiders.

Last season, he appeared in 13 games, and had 26 catches for 452 yards and 2 touchdowns.
