Alabama and Clemson fans making the long trek to Santa Clara, California, for Monday’s national championship game will be rewarded with some specialized cuisine.

According to Food Management, Levi’s Stadium will feature a handful of special plates in honor of the four College Football Playoff teams. That means dishes designed specifically with the Crimson Tide and Tigers — who will face off for the national title at 8 p.m. ET — in mind.

Perhaps the most fitting among them is the Alabama Slamma, a brisket sandwich that includes a hot link and sloe gin barbeque sauce. The menu also plans to commemorate Clemson with Ginger Beef Tiger Sliders. The buns used on both plates will be branded to represent the respective teams.

Levi’s Stadium will also serve The Fighting Irish of Notre Dame, which is a decked-out footlong hot dog, along with a loaded baked potato called the Sooner Spud. To celebrate the influence of local cuisine, the venue will also serve Bay Area Tots and a Dungeness Crab Pretzel.
