The Jacksonville Jaguars have been all about acquiring SEC talent in this year’s NFL Draft. After picking Florida’s Taven Bryan in the first round and LSU’s DJ Chark in the second, the Jags went with another SEC standout.

In the third round, Jacksonville selected Alabama defensive back Ronnie Harrison. The pick excited former Crimson Tide offensive lineman and current Jaguar Cam Robinson, who went No. 34 overall in the second round of the 2017 draft. Robinson enthusiastically described the pick as “long overdue.”

Robinson and Harrison won two SEC titles (2015, ’16) and a College Football Playoff championship (’15) in two seasons together in Tuscaloosa.

The Jags hope Robinson and Harrison can recreate that championship success in Jacksonville this fall.
