Mac Jones injury update: NFL insider shares latest on former Alabama QB
Mac Jones left Sunday’s New England Patriots game against the Baltimore Ravens visibly in pain. Postgame reports are offering some insight into Jones’ injury situation.
NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport reported after the game that x-rays on Jones’ ankle were negative.

Later Sunday, Rapoport further reported that Jones is believed to be dealing with a high-ankle sprain. If confirmed by MRI, the injury will sideline Jones and send the former Alabama quarterback to injured reserve.
