Mark Ingram II made sure Alabama came away the victors of the Rose Bowl 14 years ago Texas. Now, Ingram is helping get the Crimson Tide ready for a Rose Bowl showdown with No. 1 Michigan.

“The Rose Bowl, where the dynasty began. It’s been 5,107 days since we reestablished Alabama’s championship tradition,” Ingram states to open the video. “A lot has happened since then. Nine SEC championships, 6 national championships – and we’ve got a chance to do it again.”

Ingram calls out those who doubted Alabama during the season. Media clips can be heard calling the 2023 situation “bad, bad, bad” and a declaration of the dynasty being done, a take that has been exposed many times over the past few years.

Monday’s Rose Bowl is for a spot in the College Football Playoff National Championship. No. 1 Michigan enters the game 13-0 after completing a 3-peat as Big Ten champions. The Wolverines enter the game as 2-point favorites, according to the latest ESPN Bet line.

Alabama is on an 11-game winning streak since the Week 2 loss to Texas. If the Crimson Tide can extend the streak to 12, it will play either Washington or Texas for a national title.

The Rose Bowl is set for 5 p.m. ET, airing on ESPN.
