Najee Harris may no longer suit up for Alabama but that won’t stop him from continuing to be a great teammate.

If you were unaware, Alabama’s Pro Day event is set to be held on Tuesday with the event being televised by the SEC Network beginning at Noon ET/11 a.m. CT.

Many of Alabama’s top prospects won’t be competing at the event, such as DeVonta Smith and Harris, but the majority of them will, including expected first-round pick Mac Jones and all the prospects hoping to increase their value with a strong showing, like Miller Forristall.

Najee Harris nearly missed the event but he did everything in his power to make it, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

When lightning grounded all the flights out of Dallas, Harris made the nine-hour drive to attend the event. He did that even though he has no plans to participate in the event.

The running back did it simply to support his teammates.
