Since leading Alabama to a perfect record and a national championship in 2020, QB Mac Jones has been rising up NFL Draft boards.

Now, many analysts consider him a first-round pick, perhaps even going as high as the top 10. He’ll have a chance to raise his stock even higher on Tuesday.

That’s when Alabama will host its Pro Day. On Monday, NFL Network analyst Bucky Brooks discussed what Jones needs to do to continue to impress NFL scouts and coaches:

“I think it’s really important for Mac Jones to show up well when it comes to the throwing portion of the workout,” Brooks said. “Remember, everyone is going to have the workouts of Trey Lance, Justin Fields, Zach Wilson and Trevor Lawrence in mind, which will envision Mac Jones being in that group. We put him in that group in conversation, but physically, talent-wise, does he deserve to be in that tier? He needs to show people that he has enough arm talent and ability to be in the conversation with the big boys at the quarterback position.”

How will Jones fare on Tuesday? Will he do enough to cement himself as a Round 1 pick? We’ll see what the analysts think of his workout tomorrow!
