After returning home from a big win at Tennessee on Saturday night, Alabama coach Nick Saban had to deal with some bad news on Sunday morning.

That’s because redshirt freshman OL Hunter Brannon was arrested on suspicion of DUI, and the details didn’t look good.

During Saban’s Tuesday bye week press conference, he said the team has suspended Brannon and that he won’t dress for any games:

Saban said it’ll be similar to how the team handled Mac Jones’s DUI arrest last year, and that Brannon will have some things he has to do internally to earn his way back.

Brannon has yet to play for the Tide, and now it appears as if his debut in crimson will have to wait a little longer.
