Nick Saban has made it clear he doesn’t want to talk about the Alabama quarterback situation. Instead, he’s still talking about his interview with Maria Taylor, where he lost his cool because he so badly didn’t want to discuss the Crimson Tide quarterbacks.

During the SEC Coaches’ Teleconference on Wednesday, Saban answered a question about how his wife, “Miss Terry” responded to his controversial interview with Taylor.

“Miss Terry always tries to be supportive, but has no bones about correcting me when I need to be corrected, Saban said on the call. “And I think we’ll just leave it at that.”

It sounds as if Saban received a stern talk from his wife about the interview once he got home from Orlando, where Alabama defeated Louisville, 51-14.

According to reports, Saban called Taylor on Sunday afternoon to apologize.

In case you missed it, here’s a video of the Saban-Taylor interview from Saturday night.
