Three-star TE Irvin Smith became the latest addition to the 2016 Alabama signing class by putting the pen to the paper on Wednesday.
The Louisiana native was previously committed to Texas A&M, though he ended that relationship on Jan. 21.
Smith visited the Crimson Tide shortly thereafter, but it appears as though it wasn’t until signing day that he and Nick Saban got together on an official arrangement with Alabama.
