Tua Tagovailoa leads Dolphins to win over Cardinals in his 2nd start
Tua Tagovailoa has won his audition at quarterback with the Miami Dolphins. If there were any questions about Tagovailoa’s ability to adapt to the NFL, his health or if he is quarterback of the present and future, they are no more.
After a so-so start in his NFL debut against the Los Angeles Rams — he finished 12-of-22 for 93 yards and 1 touchdown while picking up the win, Tagovailoa turned heads Sunday leading the Dolphins to a 34-31 win over the Arizona Cardinals.
Tagovailoa finished 20-of-28 for 248 yards and 2 touchdown passes. He ended with a 122.3 passer rating.
Tagovailoa’s first touchdown pass went for 21 yards to Preston Williams.
