WATCH: Bird's-eye view of Alabama's first touchdown vs. Tennessee
The 100th edition of the Third Saturday in October started on a good note for Alabama, as the Crimson Tide marched nearly the length of the field for a touchdown.
The score didn’t come easy, though, as Alabama was stopped at the goal line and had to go for it on fourth and goal. Tennessee’s defense tightened up near the end zone but not even the feisty Volunteer unit was able to handle the Crimson Tide’s elephant package.
With all their big bodies out on the field, Alabama went over the top with Bo Scarbrough to score the first points of the game.
