The debate heading into Sunday’s College Football Playoff selection show is about who should get into the No. 4 spot — a one-loss Alabama team that didn’t win an SEC title or a two-loss Ohio State team that won the Big Ten.

Ohio State’s resume has one big blemish — a 55-24 loss at Iowa earlier this season. That, Alabama coach Nick Saban pointed out on Saturday night’s SportsCenter, should disqualify the Buckeyes from championship contention.

In the video below, shared by @BarrettSallee on Twitter, Ohio State coach Urban Meyer smiles while listening to Saban take a shot at Ohio State’s big loss, then responds with his own case for why the Buckeyes should get in:

Which way will the committee lean? We will find out at noon Eastern time on ESPN, when the final Playoff field is announced.

One deserving team will be left out, though, so either Saban or Meyer will likely have more to say following the committee’s decision.
