Arkansas AD takes to Twitter to 'reject notion the sky is falling'
Arkansas fans are having trouble moving on from its epic collapse against Virginia Tech, in which it blew a 24-point lead to fall 35-24 to the Hokies in the Belk Bowl.
Losing to Missouri, one of the two SEC teams not in a bowl game this year, and Virginia Tech to end the season has many Hogs fans unhappy with coach Bret Bielema and the current staff of assistants. Athletic director Jeff Long tried to talk fans off the ledge on Sunday, assuring Razorback Nation that changes will be made to fix what’s wrong.
Razorback Nation I reject notion the sky is falling! We are strong & will make changes to become stronger! We will fight we will #Neveryield!

Fans, however, aren’t having it. The replies to Long are overwhelmingly negative, with some fans posting about Bielema’s overall record and blown leads.

@jefflongUA Is this now acceptable? We're now "ok" with 7 win seasons? BB must have the lowest set bar in college football. #Sad4TheFans pic.twitter.com/8aoo1AXZSo
