Arkansas has added yet another offseason transfer. Austin Peay infielder John Bolton is the latest to join Dave Van Horn’s squad.

Bolton was an excellent fielder for the Governors, fielding .974 while playing shortstop. He was also a solid batter, hitting .287 with a .783 OPS. Bolton recorded 18 doubles, 22 RBI and 1 home run in his time in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Bolton is the 8th transfer to join the Razorbacks this season, joining UC Santa Barbara shortstop Jordan Sparkle, Kansas second baseman Tavian Josenberger, Nebraska right-handed pitcher Koty Franks, South Carolina left-handed pitcher Julian Bosnic, Creighton outfielder Jared Wegner and catchers Hudson Polk of Oklahoma and Cal Kilgore of New Mexico State, per WholeHogSports.com.
