Curl, who measures 6-foot-2, 180 pounds, played both wide receiver and safety at Muskogee, but his recruiters were former defensive coordinator Robb Smith and new coordinator, Paul Rhoads, who was promoted from the role of defensive backs coach, indicating that the Razorbacks will use him on defense.
Head coach Bret Bielema did not hide his excitement following the team’s latest commitment, as he sent out this tweet soon after Curl’s commitment:
Always good to #CallTheHogs especially in Muskogee, OK. Building it with #UnCommon men one day at a time!#WoooPig
