Neither coach is very popular with his own fan base in the Mississippi State-Arkansas game, but with the Bulldogs taking a three-score lead, Razorback fans let coach Chad Morris have it throughout the early slow start.

Fans lamented Morris’ choice to go with Ben Hicks at quarterback as trolling the fan base. Another suggested a 59-yard punt by the Razorbacks could be the play of the game.

Morris’ future has been a topic of discussion for much of this season as the Razorbacks have struggled to find progress in his second season. Arkansas has lost 16 straight SEC games. The longest league losing streak for the Razorbacks since they joined the SEC in 1992 lasted 17 games between a 49-7 victory over Kentucky in 2012, and a 17-0 victory over LSU in 2014.

SMU’s success this season hasn’t helped Morris’ supporters as it appears the program may have gotten better since he left.

One bright spot is the Razorbacks scored a long touchdown to cut the deficit to 17-7 early in the second quarter.
