Arkansas and Oklahoma men’s basketball teams will face off for the third consecutive season in the Crimson & Cardinal Classic this season at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2023.
The neutral site clash will be the final contest in the 3-game series.
OU won the 2021 meeting against the Razorbacks, claiming the 88-66 victory. Arkansas evened the series with an 88-78 win in 2022.
Located midway between the Oklahoma (125 miles) and Arkansas (116 miles) campuses, BOK Center offers a central location that caters to alumni and fan bases from both universities, Oklahoma announced. Tickets for the match-up will be divided at mid-court to create a unique 50-50 atmosphere for fans from the bordering states.
Fifth-year coach Eric Musselman has led the Razorbacks to the program’s best 3-year stretch since the mid-1990s. Arkansas advanced to a third-straight Sweet 16 and completed its 4th-straight, 20-win season this past year.
The 2023-24 men’s program returns 5 players from last year’s program including starters Davonte “Devo” Davis and Mahki Mitchell as well as Trevon Brazile coming back after knee surgery.
