Arkansas routs Ole Miss in decisive Game 3 to advance to Omaha for second year in a row

The Arkansas Razorbacks came devastatingly close to winning a national title last year, but watched instead as Oregon State claimed the College World Series championship.

This year, they’re heading back to Omaha and will have a chance to get that elusive first title in school history.

On Monday, the Hogs took down Ole Miss in blowout fashion in the decisive Game 3 of the Fayetteville super-regional. After Ole Miss took a 1-0 lead, Arkansas came storming back for a blowout 14-1 victory.

Heston Kjerstad had a big day at the plate, getting a couple of hits and this crushed home run in the bottom of the fifth inning:
