ESPN’s Colin Cowherd did his annual summertime segment on the college football over/unders today and included the Arkansas Razorbacks. The segment on The Herd radio program featured four over/under win bets that Cowherd personally selects.

Arkansas fans will enjoy the fact that Cowherd made the case on his show for Arkansas to win more than the eight games that Vegas set for the season win total.

As Cowherd made his case, he cited the following:

  1. Arkansas has a very weak non-conference schedule (UTEP, Toledo, Texas Tech and UT Martin) and should be an automatic four wins
  2. Nine returning starters on offense along with a senior quarterback
  3. Great offensive line with coach Bret Bielema at the helm
  4. Despite tough road games, Arkansas still has Mississippi State, Auburn, Texas A&M and Missouri at home

Cowherd also made the following predictions: Michigan will win under 7.5 games, Southern Cal will win over 9 games, Nebraska will win under 8 games and Notre Dame’s line of 9 wins is just right (don’t bet).
