One of they deciding factors in the Ole Miss-Arkansas game this week is how the Razorbacks handle the Rebels’s high-flying offense.

Coach Sam Pittman is well aware of that, and shared his thoughts on the SEC coaches media teleconference.

“We know we’re not going at lightning speed like Ole Miss,” Pittman said. “And obviously we’ve talked to different people, and they say it’s the fastest offense they’ve ever seen. And so we’re trying to simulate that at practice. Obviously it’s very difficult because you’re trying to get the correct blockings game, the correct routes all those things at the same time ago and fast so we’ve been able to try to simulate some of that speed obviously going good on good but it’s very, very difficult to do that against them and I think that’s a big advantage for their offense as well on any team that they play.”

He added that QB Matt Corral is incredible.

“He can throw any pass,” Pittman said. “He is a really, really good QB.”

Pittman said he wasn’t aware of Arkansas’ home losing streak until a reporter told him, and that, “winning would be incredible. I mean that’s what we all go out there and strive to do Saturday, but I don’t know if breaking streaks or any kind of a big deal for us we just we just try to win football games.”
