Chad Morris is more than happy these days to talk about his time as Clemson’s offensive coordinator (2011-14).

You really can’t blame the Arkansas coach. The Tigers just won their second national championship in the last three years. Less than a month away from National Signing Day, Morris is pitching recruits on coming to an Arkansas program looking to get back to its past levels of success (or even surpass them) and win championships.

Arkansas radio host Bo Mattingly recently visited Morris and asked if Clemson is the vision for the program.

“It’s the vision we’ve put in place here since I walked in the door,” Morris replied.

The Hogs coach heading into his second year did not talk about his days coaching Deshaun Watson, he wanted to talk about recruiting.

Arkansas currently has 27 total commits in its 2018 recruiting class with 21 of those players already signed. The class ranks No. 8 in the SEC and No. 20 nationally on the 247Sports Composite.
