Fans of Auburn, “The Paul Finebaum Show” and the SEC have come out to support the funeral and burial costs for Tammy Bullard, who died suddenly last week.

A GoFundMe account established on Saturday had already raised more than $9,000 from at least 229 people. Bullard, an Auburn fan who regularly called the Finebaum show, died in a vehicle accident on U.S. 280 in Alabama while she was riding with her 3-year-old granddaughter.

A description on the fundraising page said:

“Tammy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother who was widely known as the biggest Auburn superfan! Tammy brought a smile to us all and loved everyone alike. She was killed in a tragic automobile accident along with her precious grandbaby. Tammy’s daughters and family need our support with final care. Any donation helps. Please donate and share as you can. The family appreciates your support during this tragic time. God bless and RIP my sweet & AUsome friend!”

Commenters on the page from across the SEC poured in to share their support:

Phil Motes wrote, “I loved Tammy’s passion for her team. I am a Georgia fan but today it is “war eagle.”

Another person, Heath, wrote Heath, “I did not know Tammy and I’ve only watched Paul Finebaum a few times because I’ve seen him on ESPN. The few times I’ve watched I have heard a few times that Tammy has called in. Again… I didn’t really know much about her… but Paul and Tammy always had fun. Sorry to all those that really knew her…she will be missed. RIP Tammy.”

Anna Nichols wrote, “War Eagle, Tammy. Coming from an Alabama grad. Sending all my love and prayers.”

Visitation for Bullard will be held Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Bolton Funeral Home in Columbiana. The funeral will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with burial at Wilsonville City Cemetery, according to her obituary, AL.com reported.
