Bynes, who spent last season with the Baltimore Ravens, is staying in the AFC North and signing with the Cincinnati Bengals, per multiple reports. Bynes recorded 46 combined tackles, 1 sack and 2 INTs in 2019.

During his 9-year NFL career, Bynes has totaled 378 tackles, including 4.5 sacks and 4 INTs. The Pompano Beach, Florida, native will now have played with 4 different teams — Ravens (2011-13, 2019), Lions (2014-16) and Cardinals (2017-18).
