It has been a tale of 3 seasons for the Auburn Tigers.

First, they got off to a 3-o start that had fans optimistic. However, that was followed by a 4-game losing streak to start that made it seem like it was going to be a long season. The Tigers have responded in a positive way though, and the 48-10 win against Arkansas on Saturday moved the team to 6-4 and made the Tigers bowl eligible.

Quarterback Payton Thorne has played much better of late, and finished with 163 passing yards and 3 touchdowns on Saturday, while also rushing for 88 yards and another touchdown.

The improving play is great for the Tigers, but Thorne told ESPN after the game the team must keep things going.

“That’s 3 in a row for us, so we have to keep building on this momentum and get back to work,” Thorne said. “We have to correct things we didn’t do well and build off the things we did well. We will get back to our process and have a good plane ride on the way home.”

The Tigers will look to extend the winning streak to 4 games next week when the Tigers host the New Mexico State Aggies.
