Roger McCreary picked off one of the NFL’s biggest stars for the first interception of his NFL career.

McCreary and the Tennessee Titans are on the road Sunday night taking on the Kansas City Chiefs. In the 3rd quarter, the rookie out of Auburn made a highlight grab to intercept a Patrick Mahomes pass.

Kelce could not haul in the Mahomes pass, leaving it up in the air. McCreary swooped in and made a play.

McCreary also has 6 tackles, including 5 solo stops, as of 13:13 in the 4th quarter. McCreary and the Titans are leading 17-9, a shock to many fans.

The Chiefs were 14-point favorites. For opposing defenses, it’s a small victory any time Mahomes and company end a drive without scoring points. McCreary made sure that happened with his interception.

The game is airing on NBC.
